We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and breakfast. The rooms were spacious with floor-to-ceiling windows, providing beautiful views. The rooftop bar was great and the Japanese restaurant was amazing. The staff was friendly and we were even able to get a late checkout. The location was convenient, close to the Costanera Center and Parque Arauco. a wonderful experience.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view from the patio. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great shower and bath. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop bar and pool area, were perfect for relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the Costanera Centre and surrounded by numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Additionally, there was a beautiful park across the street.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being modern and beautifully designed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop bar with its great food and breathtaking city views. The breakfast selection was wonderful, with the Terrazza providing a unique dining experience. The staff, particularly Noelia Sanchez, Rinaldo, and the concierge, were incredibly kind and helpful, representing the hotel's exceptional customer service.
