I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. They provided me with directions, loaned me adaptors, and recommended some great places to eat and drink. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, especially for business and conference travelers. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was impeccable. The hotel's location was perfect - it was close to some of the best restaurants in a safe area and provided easy access to transportation, allowing me to explore the city with ease.
Nothing negative to say, it was an overall amazing experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view of the mountains and city. The location couldn't have been better, with all the parks within walking distance. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The reception on the 12th floor was a unique and cool feature.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Santiago, Chile. The cleanliness of the hotel and the service provided by the staff were excellent. The room we stayed in was of a high standard, with beautiful and clean interiors. The hotel facilities were also great, with excellent Wi-Fi and communication facilities in the room. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and many good restaurants and services within a short walking distance. The breakfast served at the hotel was really delicious, and the staff were nice and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
